TM Virtual Port Driver

This is the driver to control the device, which is connected to the USB/Ethernet port, as the virtual serial port or virtual parallel port from the POS application program. It can control the USB/Ethernet connection device through the POS application program for the serial/parallel connection.

Due to the addition of the virtual parallel port, the “TMCOMUSB” changed the name to “TM Virtual Port Driver”.
We changed from a kernel mode driver to user mode driver for the purpose of quality improvement and expansibility.

DM-D Virtual COM Port Driver

This is the driver to control the DM-D110 (USB model) and the DM-D210 (USB model) which is connected to the USB port, as the virtual serial port from the POS application program.
It can control the DM-D110 (USB model) and the DM-D210 (USB model) through the POS application program for the serial connection.
For Microsoft Windows 7 SP1, must apply security updates in advance.

  • USB2.0/3.0 (USB3.0 is supported in the environment of Windows 8 or later)

[Restrictions]
  • - For restrictions, please refer to Precautions when Using the USB Models “ in Application Development Information in DM-D110/DM-D210 Technical Reference Guide.
  • - A warning message may be displayed when installing the driver on Windows 7 SP1. If the message appears in the 64 bit environment the driver will not be installed.
    * This restriction does not apply to a Windows 7 SP1 environment where the latest security patch is applied.
