[About this content]
The driver allows development of applications based on the UPOS standard version 1.13. The driver provides the following four device categories (classes):
- Fiscal Printer
- Line Display
- Electronic Journal (MPD)
- Cash Drawer

The Java VM / JRE can be either 32 or 64 bit.

The fiscal communication protocol exchanges are handled and controlled by the driver supporting serial RS-232, USB or LAN TCP/IP connectivity.

The driver permits Direct IO native communication so that commands outside of the UPOS standard can still be utilised such as barcode printing.

The driver zip contains both 32 and 64 bit variants.
