4. Added new commands:
   printRecBusinessTaxCode or alias printRecBusinessTaxId (Partita IVA)
   printRecPersonalTaxCode or alias printRecPersonalTaxId (Codice Fiscale)
   printRecLotteryCode or alias printRecLotteryId (Codice Lotteria)
5. Printer limit increased from 4 to 10.
6. References to obsolete personalised fiscal receipts (ricevute fiscali), credit notes (note di credito), Scontrino Sicuro and free invoices (fatture libere) removed.
7. Removed PLU references as only external PLUs were managed in EpsonFpMate and these are no longer supported in fiscal firmware (only internal PLUs which can be managed by alternative EpsonFpWizard tool).
