[Introduction]
Epson has certificated the new CD/DVD disc "MITSUBISHI KAGAKU MEDIA" (including the Verbatim brand) as a TAIYO YUDEN MEDIA's successor.

[Product Summary]
This program allows you to update the firmware for the optical disk drive built into the Discproducer series.
The firmware in this release corrects the following issues.
Write errors generated in certain CD-R media from MITSUBISHI KAGAKU MEDIA (including the Verbatim brand) for the following models.

Models with the following drives in the PP-100NE:
- PIONEER BDR-PR1EPDV firmware version 1.00 or earlier
Models with the following drives in the PP-100N:
- PIONEER BDR-PR1EPDV firmware version 1.00 or earlier

Please download this utility (UDBDR_V101.zip), after that unzip it in any folder.
Refer to the manual included in that package about the method of updating the firmware.
